This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

What you will do:

  • Support the development of marketing materials for new product launches. Includes participation in weekly product launch meetings and development and production of materials.

  • Materials developed for new product launches typically include: offering memorandum (also known as a private placement memorandum), presentation, fact sheet, launch email, due diligence materials, due diligence web site (also known as a data room), data room spreadsheets, and internal training materials.

  • Partner with investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, and legal teams as well as product specialists to complete product launch content.

  • Work with external legal counsel on materials supporting launches and fund closes including PPM supplements.

  • Support fundraising by assisting with content updates, webcasts, product insights and update emails.

  • Help ensure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materials

  • And other responsibilities as required

What you bring:

  • Support the content creation of complex concepts in a clear and compelling style, as well as a demonstrated ability to vary tone and language based on project / audience

  • Ability to independently analyze information and solve problems

  • Ability to “connect the dots” between client needs, market trends, and business goals to generate ideas and, ultimately, compelling marketing collateral

  • Proven business writing ability with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills

  • Experience working on marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focus is preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of marketing communication practices and relationship management process

  • Familiarity with investment concepts and high level of comfort with numbers and analysis

  • Knowledge of financial markets, specifically private equity and private markets is preferred

Education Preferred

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
