The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative and imaginative Events Specialist to join our Investor Relations (IR) team. We are fortunate to partner with some of the largest and most sophisticated Limited Partners (LPs) in the world, whose work has funded hundreds of thousands of scholarships, Nobel-laureate research and grant work, and countless pensions for retirees. In this role:

  • You will play a pivotal role in creating extraordinary events that foster meaningful connections among our Limited Partners (LPs) and our firm. These events will encompass a wide range of audiences and formats and are highly curated to ensure high-quality programs

  • You will provide enhanced event-focused support to the General Partners and external partners to ensure seamless experiences that align with our culture

To join our team, you should be excited to:

  • Partner closely with Event Team lead to develop an annual event strategy that supports the broader goals of the organization and IR Team

  • Build events communication campaigns and marketing collateral; you will track registrations and engagements and utilize data to modify your outreach, engagement and interactions accordingly

  • Provide support and guidance to creative teams for event marketing collateral and premium branded goods

  • Craft an event-in-a-box playbook and resource center to scale events with our growing LP base

  • Own systems management and reporting for team dashboards and platforms. You will conduct regular reporting of engagement activities; produce post-event analysis, budget evaluations, and participant feedback for internal partners; incorporate lessons learned into future plans

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must bring a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional and personal values to our team including:

  • High EQ; able to persuade, influence, and build trust at the team and executive level

  • Strong partnership skills - we are connectors at our core and find joy in building trusted connections within the firm, within our portfolio, and with the industries in which we operate

  • You gravitate toward intellectual rigor, lead with curiosity and are a life-long learner

  • You strive to be an enabler who gives the team maximum leverage - there is no job too big, no job too small
