Improve early-funnel conversion rates by optimizing SDR programs and/or trial funnels
Identify target segments and develop compelling messaging
Provide marketing support for product launches and other key initiatives
Establish and monitor KPIs specific to marketing efforts
Provide regular reports and insights to the investment and executive teams, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on overall business goals
Structure, recruit, and inspire high-performing marketing teams
Continuously experiment, document results, and extend positive findings to other portfolio companies
Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on go-to-market strategies
