LinkedIn

A quick way to see examples of what type of ads other private equity firms (and portfolio companies) are running is by navigating to their company profile's posts tab. You are able to click on "View Ad Library" which will show you the ads the firm are currently running. You can also search for companies on the LinkedIn Ad Library here.

Google

There are many SEO analysis tools out there (more to come on that on privateequitymarketeer.com), however, for competitor analysis SpyFu is a useful Freemium tool that provides a comprehensive set of data on your competitors, including their organic search rankings, paid search campaigns, and ad copy (as shown below)
